1. Energy
Conservation Services: we consult
and provide products to correct the facility's electrical
distribution system that are related to "lower power factor,
harmonic imbalance, re-active current, and resistance" by
treating motors, machines, lighting, air conditioning,
and refrigeration systems.
2 . Fuel
Vapor Enhancer Services: we
correct the vehicles, motorcycles, stationary and marine's
fuel, propane, and natural
gas systems.
3. Clean
Environment Services: we provide consulting, sales
and service air and water purification systems for residents,
business offices, taverns, manufacturing, industrial,
etc..

4. Wind Powered
Electric Generation Services: for home and
businesses, generating free electric from 30,000 -
35,000 Kw per year based on 3 mile per hour wind, or up to
50,000 Kw per year at strong wind
areas.

Design Services International, LLC, a technology consulting master
who has been architected, designed, engineered and implemented
many large facilities, offices, enterprise electrical
distributing systems, computer networks
and enterprise application systems for large US
corporations. Mr. To also spent over 20 years working
with corporate executives and management in
enterprise strategic planning, products and
marketing.
1975-1980: Sr. Computer Programmer/Civil Engineering
Dept. Support.
1980-1984: Owner of an Engineering Consulting
Company.
1984-1989: Sr. Consultant & System
Analyst of a power company and telecommunication
company.
